It’s been quite a year or so, hasn’t it?
As we head further into summer, feelings are mixed. Uncertainty and trepidation mingle with excitement.
Maybe you’re dealing with grief and anxiety?
You may be burned out and tired.
Do you desperately need a holiday, but feel torn about booking something up?
Are you concerned about future lockdowns and variants?
It’s all of that, and more…
The UK’s Office of National Statistics (ONS) highlighted that January 2021 hit a mental wellbeing low.
With a happiness score of 6.4 out of 10 for the month – compared to a decade-long average of 7.5 – data indicated the UK was on track for the saddest first quarter of the decade.
Alongside that, burnout and work-related stress have risen and there’s no quick fix. But seeing the warning signs and taking action are key.
Okay, so we’re now coming into August and out of lockdown, but stress, burnout, worry and unease are still prevalent.
If you feel you need a bit of support, my Happiness Club can help.
An online support service for mental health and wellbeing, members have access to confidential, one to one advice from me or my team of qualified therapists.
I’m an Advanced Hypnotherapist with a psychology degree.
I also have a diploma in mindfulness.
I can relate to feelings of stress and anxiety because I’ve experienced them myself.
Back then, I simply didn’t like myself. I have learned through the tools I use how to find a space of happiness for myself and others.
That’s why I’m in a strong position to help you take care of yourself.
The Happiness Club gives you the tools and techniques you need to live a calmer, more balanced life.
A happier life.
Join and be welcomed by uplifting daily messages of support, a monthly positive mental health webinar, and 24/7 access to skilled counsellors.
“Jo is a lifesaver,” says one Happiness Club member. “Make no mistake about that. And I want to publicly thank her for saving mine. For helping me to be a better businesswoman, wife and mummy. For giving me happiness.”
“Jo, you’re so normal,” is some more feedback I’ve received.
The client seemed surprised I was a normal person.
But I think that’s part of what I do – be a normal person.
I’ve experienced the same kind of challenges and difficulties as other people and I work my way through them.
I then share how I’ve worked through them in the hope it helps someone else work through them too.
I’m a real person who feels real emotions, but I’ve learnt how to take care of myself.
If you’re struggling at the moment and not living the life you want, I and my happy team of staff can set you on the right path.
We’re here to help you navigate through the summer and beyond.
